The presale of tickets for concerts held as part of the September MUSIC.DESIGN.FORM Festival begins on May 29. For 60 days, or until July 29th, tickets will be available at a lower price! At the same time we are launching subscriptions for the festival workshops. It is worth bearing in mind that the admission is free of charge yet the number of seats is limited.
Among the festival’s featured stars are: Philip Glass – outstanding composer of contemporary and film music, Magne Furuholmen – member and founder of the band "A-ha" and leader of the band Apparatjik, and Beardyman – one of the best beatboxers in the world. All those who are eagerly awaiting the opportunity to buy tickets for concerts with the biggest stars of the festival will be able to do so this Tuesday.
The program of the MDF Festival will include not only unique concerts, but also music performances, exhibitions, interactive installations, workshops for children and adults as well as discussion panels on contemporary design. You can participate in many events for free or – as in the case of workshops – after making a free of charge registration.

We have also prepared an MDF Pass (Glass, Apparatjik, Beardyman) which includes three concerts:
• 20.09, 19:00 – "An Evening of Chamber Music" (Tim Fain – violin, Philip Glass – piano, Matt Haimovitz – cello)
• 21.09, 21:00 – Beardyman
• 23.09, 19:00 – "Dimensions of Musical Form" (the program features "The Sound of Szczecin" and "A Heroine for our time – artist Julia Pastrana", among others) with the participation of vocalist Concha Buika and the Apparatjik ensemble.
The price of the MDF pass in pre-sale is respectively 170-150 PLN (standard pass, seats I or II) and 140-120 PLN (discount ticket, seats I or II). From 30th July, or after the pre-sale, the MDF pass will be available only at regular prices: PLN 210-190 (normal) and PLN 160-120 (reduced).
An MDF pass can be purchased:

Attention! An MDF pass of any type entitles you to free entry to the after party at Club K4 on 22nd September.

MUSIC.DESIGN.FORM (MDF) is a festival across divisions that combines different fields of art. During the 5 days, the audience will experience symphonic and chamber concerts, exhibitions, workshops, discussion panels, happenings, visual and sound visualizations, and more. The main assumption of the festival is to show how the divisions into genres, styles of artistic expression are delineated. The first edition of MUSIC.DESIGN.FORM Festival will take place from 19-23 September 2018 in the unique award-winning space of the organizer, the Mieczysław Karłowicz Philharmonic in Szczecin.
The program of the MDF Festival will include not only unique concerts, but also music performances, exhibitions, interactive installations, workshops for children and adults as well as discussion panels on contemporary design.
