On Saturday, June 4 at 20:00, until Sunday, June 5 at At 8:00 am, in the golden hall of Szczecin Philharmonic there will be a 12-hour concert-marathon with compositions by Johann Sebastian Bach entitled: "BACHATON FOR UKRAINE". The event will be free and open to the public. The concert will also be broadcast live on the YouTube platform.
The highlight of this event will be a unique, requiring considerable endurance, over four-hour recital performed by one artist – the renowned Austrian pianist Aaron Pilsan. During the concert, we will hear the first and second volumes of Bach's Well-Tempered Clavier, as well as many other works by the German composer. In addition to Pilsan, on the stage we will also see the most famous Ukrainian pianist – Alexei Grynyuk, who will open the event by playing two pieces by Bach. The event will feature several musical surprises, online premieres, as well as interviews with artists and more.
In the main hall of the Philharmonic there will be an information point for music lovers, where you will find information about Bacchaton. Visitors will also have at their disposal the Philharmonic shop located in the foyer of the symphony hall.
