JIMEK
JIMEK is the stage name of Radzimir Dębski – composer and music producer. He writes music for feature films, TV series, advertising spots and theatre performances. A wider audience heard about him in 2012, after winning a remix competition for Beyoncè's End of Time, which was featured on the artist's album 4: The Remix.
In 2014, he received an order for two symphonic works (CRUX and Exposure), which had their premieres during the inauguration of the new building of the Mieczysław Karłowicz Philharmonic in Szczecin.

In March 2015, he led the Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra in Katowice during the concerts of JIMEK x MIOUSH x NOSPR. The album, a recording of the shows, was given the gold record status shortly after its premiere. It was also then that Hip Hop History Orchestrated by JIMEK, a medley of 30 fragments of hip-hop works performed as an encore, was created. New arrangements of legendary songs have conquered youtube worldwide, which was shared by, among others, Nicki Minaj, Pharoahe Monch, M.O.P, Mobb Deep, Wu-Tang Clan and Ashton Kutcher.

In August 2016, he hosted the JIMEK+ concert during the Solidarity of Arts Festival. Its guests included the Grammy Award winner Kenny Garrett, the American group Naturally 7, Alune Wade, and the top representatives of the Polish hip hop scene – Łona i Webber & The Pimps and Kaliber 44. This spectacle gathered over 18,000 people in the yard of the Ołowianka in Gdańsk.

In September 2016, he played a concert in Berlin's Konzerthaus, during which he conducted the Konzerthausorchester. Deutsche Grammophon and Universal Music Deutschland released the material.

In 2017, he composed music for the films The Art of Loving. Story of Michalina Wisłocka, directed by Maria Sadowska (for which he was awarded the Polish Film Academy Orły 2018 award for the best music) and Panic Attack, directed by Paweł Maślona (awarded with the Grand Prix at the Krzysztof Komeda Film Festival and the Młodzi i Film Jantar 2018 Festival).

In June 2018, he was also awarded during the Transatlantyk 2018 festival, winning the Best Polish Young Composer 2018 award for the music to Panic Attack and The Art of Loving.

In June 2019, during one weekend, he played two concerts with a full line-up of a symphony orchestra for an audience of over 45,000, during HM Loves Music and at the Silesian Stadium in Chorzów. His October concert with the NFM Orchestra at the Centennial Hall in Wrocław gathered an audience of seven thousand.

In 2019, he composed music for the TV series Motyw (TVN) and the film W lesie dziś nie zaśnie nikt. Radzimir Dębski is also the music author for the series Sexify, which premiered in April 2021. The soundtrack for this series has also been released and made available on all streaming platforms. Furthermore, in January 2021, he conducted a unique New Year's audiovisual music concert from the movie The Midnight Sky (directed by George Clooney, the world premiere of Alexandre Desplat's suite performed by the Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra in Katowice).
