Educational Workshops at MDF Festival
We invite younger participants of the MDF Festival to join us on October 5th for inspiring workshops that will develop creativity and explore new possibilities in creative thinking, writing, and designing! The theme for these sessions will, of course, be IMAGINE – the festival's guiding motto.

Creative Design

For children aged 6-9, these workshops will delve into the secrets of space and colour. Participants will learn the basics of building design and its environmental impact, and they will discover cultural traditions and ecological aspects of architecture. The workshops will be led by Beata Kuracińska, an experienced designer and cultural animator.

Creative Thinking

For children aged 9-11, these sessions will enhance imaginative skills. Exercises such as associations, wishful thinking, and distinguishing the real from the unreal will help children find creative solutions and think outside the box. The workshops will be led by Katarzyna Klimek, an actress from Pleciuga Puppet Theatre and an experienced improviser.

Creative Writing

For children aged 10-12, these workshops will develop literary skills and strengthen confidence in their creative abilities. The sessions will not only improve writing competencies but also teach teamwork and adaptability in the creative process. The workshops will be led by Sylwia Trojanowska, a renowned writer and playwright.

All workshops will take place on October 5, 2024. We invite you to immerse yourself in the fascinating world of creativity at the MDF Festival!
